An investigation of the factors affecting the ?sustainability of organizational learning in civil registration organization of Markazi Province

This study is aimed at investigating the factors affecting the sustainability of organizational learning in Civil Registration Organization of Markazi Province. This study is applicable in terms of purpose and is a causal research. In order to study the proposed hypotheses and analyzing statistically field method has been conducted and to collect the data, questionnaire has been used. The statistical population of this study includes the employees of Civil Registration Organization of Markazi Province. Sampling has been implemented by means of available sampling method. However, due to the non-responsibility of some of the respondents and incompleteness of some of the questionnaires, 226 questionnaires have been completed. To test the hypotheses, the structural equations method and LISREL Software have been used. According to the data analysis, the results indicated that the individual’s motive for learning, team dynamics, and organizational performance have a positive effect on the sustainability of organizational learning.

The impact of SHRM on sustainable organizational learning and performance development

This article aimed at developing a conceptual framework about the role of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its impact on managerial skills and organizational performance which offered some insights into how learning might occur at the organizational level in order to improve organizational capability as well as individual capability. It also indicated that there were plenty of research studies to advocate the influence of SHRM. Nevertheless, there were some rare examples of linkages between SHRM and sustainable organizational learning practices that can improve organizations effectiveness and develop its performance through ample qualification, suitable working condition, and potential motivation. Thus, this article aims to emphasize on several approaches of organizational learning as facilitating variables. Today, the strategic part of HRM practices which was integrated within the organization stated that the success of the organizational performance lied in developing positive attitudes of individuals, groups, and organizations that mainly enhanced individual competence as well organizational competence through organizational learning. Therefore, the context of this study identified the key concept of SHRM that influenced and boosted knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) of employees in an organization. Finally, this article recommended some research suggestions based on the highlighted propositions that accelerated organizational performance and improved competitive abilities.

Implementation of Learning Organization Components in Ardabil Social Security Hospital

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of learning organization characteristics based on Marquardt systematic model in Ardabil Social Security Hospital. The statistical population of this research was 234 male and female employees of Ardabil Social Security Hospital. For data collection, Marquardt questionnaire was used in the present study which its validity and reliability had been confirmed. Statistical analysis of hypotheses based on independent samples t-test showed that learning organization characteristics were used more than average level in some subsystems of Marquardt model and there was a significant difference between current position and excellent position based on learning organization characteristic application. According to the research findings, more attention should be paid to the subsystems of learning organization establishment and balanced development of these subsystems. 

A new Integration Model to Evaluate Strategic Performance of Supply Chain

Nowadays, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is one of the most important and complex issues for automakers in the world. The main objectives of this research were to investigate the factors that predict strategic performance of supply chain by doing quantitative research at Iran Khodro Company (IKCO) in Iran. Based on supply chain theories, strategic performance of supply chain was predicted by Information Technology (IT), Organizational Learning (OL), and Product Innovation (PRI) in our research at the first time in an automotive company. Stratified random sampling was used to determine the sample size. Accordingly, 250 questionnaires were distributed among experts and supply chain specialists at IKCO. According to Supplying Automotive Parts Company (SPSC) variable as the main dependent variable, Path Analysis (PA) technique was used to explore casual relationships among variables using multiple regression analysis in SPSS. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was utilized based on Maximum Likelihood (ML) analysis of normality, outliers, composite reliability, and validity to test hypotheses by using AMOS. PA, measurement model, and structural model were analyzed in order to examine the conceptual model. The results from multiple regression, path analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were same. Thus, all hypotheses were supported by SPSS and SEM analyses. The findings of the study are discussed in detail.
