International Journal of Organizational Leadership is devoted to theoretical and empirical research concerning organizational behaviour, organizational psychology, and managers' leadership tactics and consequences.
Topics covered by the journal include perception, cognition, judgment, attitudes, emotion, well-being, motivation, choice, and performance. Its specific purposes are to foster an improved understanding of how people in an organization are led and how business conduct can affect leadership.
This journal brings together a focus on leadership for scholars, consultants, practicing managers, executives, and administrators, as well as those numerous university faculty members across the world who teach leadership as a college course. It provides timely publication of leadership research and applications and has a global reach. It also focuses on yearly reviews of a broad range of leadership topics on a rotating basis and emphasizes cutting-edge areas through special issues.
The International Journal of Organizational Leadership publishes open access articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Review Process
IJOL aims to expedite the double-blind peer-reviewing process. If judged to be suitable for the journal, the manuscripts will be forwarded to at least three reviewers drawn from among experts in the field. Upon receiving comments given by two of the reviewers, the journal will announce the results of reviews to the authors. See the Peer Review Process section.
Archiving Policy
IJOL follows public archiving options, Internet archive, open-access, public archive databases, and CIKD's private institutional repository. Authors are also allowed to deposit versions of their work in an institutional or other repository of their choice without embargo, such as SSRN and arXiv.
