Migration movements transform business life because they have more social aspects than geographic or numerical interactions. This paper reviews empirical research better to understand the effect of leadership in the process of xenophobia in the work environment from social identity theory perspective. Leadership as a social contextual factor is critical for understanding in determining individuals’ internalization of particular cultural identities regarding to social identity theory. From that point of view, paternalistic leadership can be an ideological motive to affect the social order by internalization of inferiority among members by family-like relations and involving personal lives and expecting interpersonal favors. The sample of the study was chosen from Gaziantep, with a total number of 634 employees and 78 firms, where the immigrant population is dense. Results revealed that paternalistic leadership and xenophobia dimensions were relatively different in that specific sector. In a nutshell, paternalistic leadership does not significantly affect the personal and political hostility factor of xenophobia as social group theory predicted. However, it affects the cultural and identity dimensions of xenophobia self-idealization. Implications for theory and practice alongside limitations are discussed.

This study is based on pragmatic creations to make the hypothetical frame focusing on behavioral finance pattern for finding the sagacity of investors, stock returns, and effectiveness of stock market performance. The research investigates an extensive extent of Pakistan stock market Returns data from June 1994 to December 2018 along with the two economic segments including the Military phase (1999-2008) and Democratic phase (1994-1998) (2009-2018) to determine the Pakistan Stock market efficiency. To this end, autocorrelation and variance ratio tests were performed on the returns (weekly based) KSE 100 index during overall period as well as for both the Military Phase and the Democratic phase using adaptive pattern of market competence. The weak efficiency tests show trends of a stock performance, and consequently developing of bounded-adaptive market effectiveness. These tests recognized the presence of asymmetric dynamic behavior of returns obviousness in calculation of risk and return associations during two political states. These confirmations offer provision to investors bounded adaptive rationality, behavior, vigorous behavior of stock return and as a result establishing effectiveness of bounded adaptive market.

We analyze the impact of a catalytic collaboration as a tool on the leverage of transformational leadership competencies to generate a sustainable innovation by developing a Sustainable Innovation Matrix (SIM) leadership model. We observe it by employing a unique data set of the behaviors of fifty regional heads (mayors and regents) in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that the transformational leaders who made a catalytic collaboration have proven ability to create significant impacts on their regions. The changing times in the industry 4.0 era are a great opportunity for a leader to formulate a program involving various parties. Various sources of information can easily be accessed; moreover, it becomes faster and more efficient to communicate with others. The leaders with good transformational leadership competencies who make a catalytic collaboration can generate innovations that not only create relevant impacts on the needs of their regions, but they are also sustainable in terms of economic and environmental aspects. The results also suggested that leaders must be courageous to make innovation and strongly care for their regional development despite limited resources there. In doing so, those leaders must collaborate catalytically with other parties to optimize all available opportunities for the progress of the regions that they lead.
