Review of the Individual and Organizational Factors Related to Human Resource Empowerment and Designing an Optimal Model to Promote Manifestations of Productivity

Human resources number of important factor and based organizational. Preparation this resource for faced with changes is of particular importance and of organization must in each mission allocated most capital, time and program. The solution to this problem, many organizations have recognized empowerment programs and tried to provide ground for nurturing staff. The relationship between individual and organizational factors in the institute of communications and information technology, the relationship between psychological empowerment responsibilities and not licensed, but the relationship between self-esteem, creativity and internal locus of control and psychological empowerment is confirmed. Relations between all factors include: clarity to goals, access to information, and access to resources, training and the provision of treatment with psychological empowerment is confirmed. Moreover, the relationship between psychological empowerment of human resources productivity showed the effects of lateral relations between all dimension of (including: significance, suitability, effectiveness, autonomy and trust) the effects of productivity is confirmed.
The relative importance of organizational conditions in empowering managers

Considering the importance and role of organizational conditions for achieving the empowerment, the current study aimed to investigate the effect of organizational conditions on empowering of managers at universities in Ardabil. This study was carried out through a descriptive and survey method. The population for the study was 220 participants and the managers of Ardabil universities participated in this research. The results indicated that components of organizational conditions had different effects on empowering of managers.
Among variables, evaluation of function, access to resources, and clear and challenging goals were known as effective variables and rewarding system was recognized to have less effect on empowering of managers.
Describing model of empowering managers by applying structural equation modeling: A case study of universities in Ardabil

Empowerment is still on the agenda as a management concept and has become a widely used management term in the last decade or so. The purpose of this research was describing model of empowering managers by applying structural equation modeling (SEM) at Ardabil universities. Two hundred and twenty managers of Ardabil universities including chancellors, managers, and vice presidents of education, research, and studies participated in this study. Clear and challenging goals, evaluation of function, access to resources, and rewarding were investigated. The results indicated that the designed SEM for empowering managers at university reflects a good fitness level. As it stands out, the conceptual model in the society under investigation was used appropriately. Among variables, access to resources with 88 per cent of load factor was known as the affective variable. Evaluation of function containing 51 per cent of load factor was recognized to have less effect. Results of average rating show that evaluation of function and access to resources with 2.62 coefficients stand at first level. Due to this, they had great impact on managers empowerment. The results of the analysis provided compelling evidence that model of empowering managers was desirable at Ardabil universities.
